Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made later than this will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled treatment cost.
Arriving late, the treatment time will be cut shorter to make up for the time lost, if the treatment allows it. If a client is more than 15 minutes late they will forfeit their treatment and be liable for 100% of the scheduled treatment cost.
Failing to attend an appointment without notice will also result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled treatment cost.
